At CloudBugs, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services tailored to your needs. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Service-Based Nature
As a digital agency, we offer customized services such as website development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and content creation. Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or has been delivered.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- The project has not yet started
- A duplicate payment was made
- The service delivered does not match the agreed-upon scope, and we are unable to correct the issue
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully delivered or substantially completed
- Domain registration, hosting, or third-party tools purchased on your behalf
- Paid consultations, audits, or strategy sessions
4. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service before it has begun, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made after the project has started may be subject to partial deductions based on the work completed.
